The digital tuner enables you to receive all digital terrestrial radio programmes (DAB, DAB+) with absolute clarity. The tuner always automatically chooses the best reception frequency for the station you have selected. In addition, the Digital Radio provides you with programme-accompanying texts and images such as weather graphics. This makes listening to Digital radio a very individual entertainment experience.

Can I receive digital radio programmes anytime and anywhere?
Before purchasing, please check whether digital terrestrial radio is available in your country. Availability information can be found at https://www.worlddab.org/countries.The reception of programmes by the digital radio is only possible if digital radio is transmitted in the country concerned. These digital transmission facilities are not yet available everywhere. Every digital radio is equipped with an FM receiver as standard, which is automatically switched on whenever digital radio becomes unavailable.
How do I activate Digital radio in the vehicle?
Please make sure that your vehicle is connected to your Mercedes-Benz account and that the vehicle's GPS reception is working. In the Mercedes-Benz Store, place the Digital radio product available for your vehicle in the shopping cart and complete the order.
The vehicle's ignition must be turned off for activation. Turn the ignition on again after approximately 2 minutes. Digital radio is displayed as a new radio source in the radio menu of the multimedia system in your Mercedes-Benz and is available for use.
