Before purchasing and using the Programming of charging settings and Pre-Entry Climate Control (for plug-in hybrid car), please read the “User note and warning” below.
Withdrawal, Cancellation: Cancellation and revocation of your application can not be accepted after credit settlement is completed.
Cooling-off also can not be applicable. Monthly subscription can be cancellable monthly, but there will be no prorated refunds in case of cancellation during the subscription period.
Set a pleasant interior temperature with simple operations
If you've just finished a work-out and are planning to meet up with friends later on, with the Digital Extra Programming of charging settings and Pre-Entry Climate Control, your Mercedes is always ready just when you are. You can enter your departure time and your desired interior temperature that was set when you got on the vehicle last time conveniently via the Mercedes-Benz App and prepare for the evening in the most relaxed moods. When it's time to go, the interior of your Mercedes will be duly cooled to a pleasant temperature in the summer or warmed up in the winter. Icy windows can also be thawed in advance. You'll also get an update on the charge status of your vehicle.
Your advantages at a glance
By setting the departure time (time you plan to board) via the Mercedes-Benz App, the climate control function can be activated about 20 minutes before the set time to adjust the comfortable temperature inside the vehicle. The temperature inside the car is adjusted to the temperature set in the air conditioner that was set when you got on the vehicle last time. If you do not board within 5 minutes after the departure time, the climate control function will automatically stop.

Note!
Climate control function will not operate if the vehicle's remaining battery level is less than 15%. Please connect the charging plug to the vehicle or check the remaining battery level before using.
Note!
The Remote Set-up (for plug-in hybrid car) function uses the internet connection. You may not be able to set it properly in a parking lot where the internet reception is poor. Please use the Digital Extra in an environment with good internet reception
Note!
The Remote Set-up (for plug-in hybrid car) will not operate if the vehicle ignition switch is turned "ON". Operate with the ignition switch turned to "OFF".
Please note that you may not be able to charge your vehicle at some of the charging stations displayed.
Product information
The Programming of charging settings and Pre-Entry Climate Control (for plug-in hybrid car) requires the corresponding optional equipment to be installed in the vehicle.
1. Operational Requirements
Digital Extras are available immediately upon completion of the ordering process, but activation may take several hours. However, you must complete utilization procedures, including having the purchased Digital Extras enabled, before using them.
2. License Term
The license period for Digital Extra purchased in the store is 365 days for a 12-month license, or if purchased with a monthly automatic renewal (subscription), it will automatically renew every month until you terminate the contract.
If the license has a specified period, you can purchase a new product (excluding subscriptions) starting 30 days before the expiration date. However, the license period for the newly purchased product will begin upon purchase, and any remaining license period will be forfeited.
How do I use the Digital Extras functions on my end device?
You can use the Digital Extras functions via the Mercedes-Benz App on your end device.
The end device app is available from the App Store™ for iOS devices and from the Google Play™ Store for Android devices.What end device models or OS versions can the Mercedes-Benz App be used on?

However, under circumstances described in Section 3, 4 and 5 of Part L of the General Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Digital Extras, a part of the fees paid by the Customer to MBJ for the relevant Digital Extras will be granted back to the Customer in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Digital Extras.
