1. Operational Requirements
Digital Extras are available immediately upon completion of the ordering process, but activation may take several hours. However, you must complete utilization procedures, including having the purchased Digital Extras enabled, before using them.
2. License Term
The license period for Digital Extra purchased in the store is 365 days for a 12-month license, or if purchased with a monthly automatic renewal (subscription), it will automatically renew every month until you terminate the contract.
If the license has a specified period, you can purchase a new product (excluding subscriptions) starting 30 days before the expiration date. However, the license period for the newly purchased product will begin upon purchase, and any remaining license period will be forfeited.
A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to the terms of use for Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras are required to use Digital Extras. In addition, the respective vehicle must be linked to the Mercedes-Benz user account. After the initial term has expired, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee, provided they are still offered for the respective vehicle at that time. Digital Extras can be activated for the first time within 1 year of initial log-in to the vehicle by the customer or hand-ober by the dealer, whichever comes first.
