News or your favourite series – whatever your choice, you stay up to date on the latest happenings.

You and your passengers can also enjoy your favourite programmes in top quality while on the move. The Digital radio shows HD-DMB on the generously sized media display at a resolution of up to 720p. Digital Image Enhancement and Daylight Optimized Perception optimise the picture quality according to the given reception situation and light conditions. You can organise your favourite programmes individually in the preset list and via the Favourites function. The channel lists are automatically adjusted depending on the reception situation. While the vehicle is on the move, the media display outputs only the audio content of the selected station, so as to avoid distracting the driver. The rear passengers can enjoy the full audio and visual TV offering at any time, provided that screens are installed in the rear.
Product information
Available for vehicles equipped with the MBUX multimedia system and the MBUX extended functions. It enables the reception of TV channels in SD and HD according to DMB and HD-DMB standards.
How do I activate Digital radio in the vehicle
Please make sure that your vehicle is connected to your Mercedes-Benz account and that the vehicle's GPS reception is working. In the Mercedes-Benz Store, place the Digital radio product available for your vehicle in the shopping cart and complete the order.
The vehicle's ignition must be turned off for activation. Turn the ignition on again after approximately 2 minutes. Digital radio is displayed as a new radio source in the radio menu of the multimedia system in your Mercedes-Benz and is available for use.
